Sella Ronda and Giau
In late Fall my girlfriend and I rode the undeniable most picturesque route in cycling - the Sella Ronda in the Italian Dolomites.
The sky was the bluest I've ever seen in my life and there wasn't a cloud to be seen. The traffic on the roads were as mild as the temperatures.
This loop should be on the checklist of every cyclist on the planet.
At only 51km with a total of ~700m of climbing the four pass circle is within reach of any level cyclist.
Here is a selection of photos from the loop as well as a handful from the infamous Passo Giau we rode the next day.
