Nice, France

When people ask me know what my favorite city in Europe is - I say Nice France. Far Ride Magazine brought a motley crew of maniacs to the Cot d'Azur for a Feature in their Volume 5.

The coastal city has some of the deepest cycling ties in Europe. Nearly half the pro-peloton lives in Nice. The roads are infamous from training tales we've all heard about. Armstrong himself called this city his home for the beginning of his career (until the French press ran him out of town).

For us, the city and it's surroundings were a playground - and we made every yard count.
